1. Neither the organisers, nor any of the show officers, servants or assistants shall be in any way responsible or accountable for any loss, injury or damage that may happen (for any cause or circumstance whatever) to exhibitors, their servants or assistants, or any member of the public, to any animal or property, or to any vehicle brought onto the Showground, or on premises used in conjunction with the show, or while entering or leaving the same, or otherwise for anything else in conjunction with, or arising out of, or attributable to the Show. The show organiser reserve the right to refuse an entry without giving any reason whatever. 2. Any objections must be lodged with the Secretary immediately, together with a deposit of £10.00 which will be returned if the objection is upheld. 3. The show organiser reserve the right to change the judges. The decision of the judges will be final. All entries in welsh classes must be registered with the Welsh Pony & Cob Society, or be eligible for such registration. 4. Cups and trophies will be awarded in good faith 5. In the event of the Show being cancelled for whatever reason, the show organiser reserve the right to keep a portion of the monies to cover expenses. 6. Exhibitors are NOT permitted to enter an animal in any class which is to be judged by a person who has, or had, any financial interest in the animal, or has been connected with it in any way. 7. No substitution of entries will be accepted. 8. The Show organiser reserve the right to amalgamate or divide classes if deemed appropriate. 9. The Show Organiser reserve the right to alter or amend the Conditions. 10. Exhibitors are asked not to bring a coughing horse to the show, and may be required to remove any such animal. 11. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. 12. Exhibitors should ensure that they are adequately covered by third party insurance. 13. Plaiting of manes or tails is not permitted in any class other than partbreds. 14. No mares allowed in the ring with the foal. 15. Sec A , B and Small PB Colts must not be led by handlers under 12yrs , Sec C , D and large PB Colts must not be led by handlers under 14yrs. |
